• The lists of candidates for parliamentary and local elections shall be drawn up in compliance with the minimum representation quota of 40% for both sexes. The positioning of the candidates on the lists is done according to the formula: at least four candidates for every ten places. (Electoral code: no. 1381-XIII, article 46)
• The lists of candidates will be drawn up and/or modied in compliance with the provisions of article 46 paragraph 3. Failure to comply with these conditions will result in the refusal to register the lists of candidates by the respective electoral body. (Electoral code: no. 1381-XIII, article 137)
