• The electoral systems set forth in article VI of these regulations shall be applied as follows:
In seven-seat constituencies, the electoral system is applied with five seats according to the list system, provided that the list includes a seat for women and a seat for disabled revolutionaries, and two seats according to the individual system.
In nine-seat constituencies, the electoral system is applied with six seats according to the list system, provided that the list includes two seats for women and one seat for disabled revolutionaries, and three seats according to the individual system.
In eleven-seat constituencies, the electoral system is applied with seven seats according to the list system, with the list comprising three seats for women and one seat for disabled revolutionaries, and four seats according to the individual system. (Decree no. 43 of 2023, article 8)
• Lists that do not adhere to the distribution of seats in accordance with article 8 of these regulations shall not be accepted, and the Commission shall publish forms showing the form of these lists and the method of arranging candidates in them. (Decree no. 43 of 2023, article 24)
• In the list system, a voter chooses only one candidate list, and the list with the highest number of valid votes wins on voting day. (Decree no. 43 of 2023, article 7)
