• For deputies of maslikhats: Only one list per territorial electoral district per party is allowed to be registered, in which the total number of women and young people should be at least thirty percent of the total number of people included in it. If the political party violated the rules of submission of the party list or did not submit necessary documents for registration, the electoral commission refuses to register the party list or revokes the decision on registration in other cases established by this Constitutional Law. (Law on elections, article 104)
