Lower House:
• The number of women should be at least 40 percent of the number of candidates for deputy from a political party in single-mandate constituencies, as well as on the basis of the party list. In this case, at least two out of every five candidates on the party list should be women. (Electoral Code, article 70)
• The Central Election Commission shall notify the leaders of the relevant political parties of any discrepancies identified in the documents submitted for registration and of any deviations from the requirements of this Code. A political party has the right to correct the identified discrepancies and errors in the documents within two days and submit them to the Central Election Commission. (Election Code, article 72)
Upper House: --
