Single House:
• During the formation of national and regional electoral lists of the party should ensure a presence in every five places from the first to the fifth, from the sixth to the tenth and so on of each electoral list of men and women, at least two candidates each sex.
• In case the party forms national and regional electoral lists from the number of candidates for deputies, which is not a multiple of five, to the last in the list of candidates (from 1 to 4) the requirement for alternate inclusion of candidates of different sexes in the list applies. (Electoral Code, article 154)
• if a list does not comply with these requirements, it will be rejected by the Central Election Commission (Electoral Code, article 159)
