Single House:
• Political parties must, in drawing up their lists of participation in elections for political bodies, observe the principle of gender equality in eligible places, and the Constitutional Court is responsible for verifying the compliance. (Political Parties Law, article 28)
• In case of non-compliance with the provisions of the previous number for the benefit of any of the genres in eligible places above 70%, the Constitutional Court must notify the application for rapid correction. (Political Parties Law, article 28)
