Single House:
• In parliamentary elections, the submitted candidate lists should include candidates of both sexes. At the announcement of final results, the proportion of elected candidates of either sex should be at least 25%. (Decree on the Application of the Quota Law of 2019, articles 2 and 3).
• Any list that obtains at least 3 seats in a constituency must comply with the 25% quota requirement. (Decree on the Application of the Quota Law of 2000, article 3)
• The Constitutional Court rejects the candidate lists that do not comply with the gender quota requirements, and asks parties to correct them. (Decree on the Application of the Quota Law of 2000, article 4)
