Single House:
• The political parties which presented a complete list in the four electoral constituencies in the legislative elections and obtained at least two percent of the total votes in the four electoral districts on a national average are entitled, apart from the endowment allocated to them under the Chapter IX of the amended electoral law of February 18, 2003, to an annual allocation charged to the State budget. The allocation to a political party of the amount of the endowment, provided for in paragraph 1, point 2, above, is subject to the condition of having presented, for the legislative elections, lists comprising at least 24 candidates from each sex.
The amount of the endowment is reduced to:
- 95% of the endowment if the political party presents, for the legislative elections, lists comprising 23 candidates of one sex;
- 90% of the endowment if it presents lists comprising 22 candidates of one sex;
- 85% of the endowment if it presents lists comprising 21 candidates of one sex;
- 80% of the endowment if it presents lists comprising 20 candidates of one sex;
- 70% of the endowment if it presents lists comprising 19 candidates of one sex;
- 60% of the endowment if it presents lists comprising 18 candidates of one sex;
- 50% of the endowment if he presents lists comprising 17 candidates of one sex;
- 40% of the endowment if it presents lists comprising 16 candidates of one sex;
- 30% of the endowment if he presents lists comprising 15 candidates of one sex;
- 25% of the endowment if it presents lists comprising less than 15 candidates of one sex. (Law on the financing of political parties, article 2)
