Lower House:
• Women shall be allocated 18 seats, one seat per electoral district, in Parliament. (Electoral Law, article 8)
• The electoral council issues a decision to accept the application or reject it completely or accept or reject the name or more of the candidates mentioned in the list attached to the above. (Electoral Law, article 16)
• Seats winners for Women, Christians, Circassians, and Chechens candidates running on the quota track are determined on the basis of the highest votes obtained by the nominated candidate in the list. (Electoral Law, article 46)
Upper House: --
• Women shall be allocated 18 seats, one seat per electoral district, in Parliament. (Electoral Law, article 8)
